Single or double, one piece or sectional, roughly how old the opener is, what has failed, and about what year the house went up. That alone narrows it down before a truck leaves.

Get a Range
A known spring or roller fault we can usually get close to on the call. A bent track, a door off its rollers or impact damage we cannot picture from a description, we will not guess at.

We check the door, track, springs, cables and opener before touching anything, then tell you the price and whether repair or replacement is the honest call.
